Adult Tennis Academy

2 Hours
During our peak season will be offering the academy 7 days a week with emphasis on groundstrokes, net game, transition game and footwork depending on the day as reflected in the schedule. The practice session will start with a quick dynamic warm up followed up by a group drill and a short chat before players are assigned courts and pros. Every session will have a serve and return component. Our maximum player to coach ratio is 4:1.

 

Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis: If you looking for some fun and sweat with an emphasis on movement and hitting a lot of balls, this is the class for you. The maximum ratio is 6 players to 1 pro.

 

Daily Clinic

A shortened version of our Tennis Academy, these one hour clinics will have you practicing every part of your game. The maximum ratio is 6 players to 1 pro.

 

Footwork

The session will focus on footwork patterns, positioning, split step, recovery step and open stance vs square stance. With today’s game being faster it’s very important players are moving in an efficient manner and positioned correctly to be able to consistently execute at a high level.

 

Groundstrokes

This session’s emphasis is on stroke production and trying to fine tune players forehand and backhand groundstrokes.

 

Junior Academy

1.5 Hours
Our Junior Tennis Academy follows 10 and Under curriculum with emphasis on the fundamentals of the sport. Participants learn about grips, preparation, and swing path and ball placement in this two our session. The maximum ratio is 8 players to 1 pro.

 

Net Game

Players will be working on volleys, overhead, swinging volley and other parts of the net game. The session will also consist of drills on passing shots and lobs.

 

Open Lessons and Court Times

Times are available throughout the day to play with a group of friends or lessons with tennis pro.

 

Transition Game

The session will consist of players working on transitioning from the baseline to the net by executing approach shots, taking the ball out of the air with a swinging volley or regular volley, chipping and
charging and sneaking up to the net with the opportunity presents itself.
