Topnotch Resort requires a deposit equal to the first night's room rate plus tax at the time of booking. If you have questions about your deposit or payment, our reservations team is happy to help.
 

Topnotch Resort's cancellation policy varies by season, but generally requires cancellation at least 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations before this window will result in a $35 cancellation fee from the deposit. Cancellations made after that window will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. We recommend reviewing the cancellation policy specific to your booking at the time of reservation, and our reservations team is always happy to walk you through the details.

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to book a room at Topnotch Resort. If you have questions about your reservation, our front desk team is happy to help.
