Personal Training Session

Enjoy the benefits of working out with a personal trainer. Let one of our certified fitness experts design a unique program based on your goals, interests, lifestyle and fitness level. 25, 50, or 80 minutes

Personal Training for Couples

This personal training partnership session will examine each individual’s goals and outlines shared training techniques. Training together will keep your workouts motivating, focused and fun. 90 minutes

Body Composition Analysis

This consultation is designed to determine your body fat percentage. Goals and strategies for long-term change in your body composition are established. Please wear T-shirt and shorts. 30 minutes

Private and Group Fitness Classes

Certified instructors are available to teach private and group classes in yoga, meditation, Pilates, Tai Chi, kick boxing, aerobics, water aerobics and more.

Just for Teens

Teen Tune-Up

A one-on-one session with a certified personal trainer. This session will focus on strength training, flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning. You will also receive a take-home program to follow. 50 minutes.
