Ideal for players who are comfortable rallying and have spent enough time on the court to move with confidence, this class introduces more continuous play, increased movement, and a slightly faster pace.
Players will focus on improving stroke consistency, court positioning, and rally control while enjoying a workout that keeps the energy high and the instruction supportive.
