Class Descriptions
- Morning Stretch: Start your day with a light functional stretch that will hit major muscle groups and get your body ready for whatever comes next.
- Rise and Shine Yoga: Wake up your day with some gentle stretching working into some core strengthening and balance yoga poses
- Pilates for Tennis and Golf- This is a classic mat class with emphasis on core, twisting, as well as wrist exercises to help w/ everyday life and your favorite sports.
- Aqua Aerobics: A low impact/moderate intensity full body workout in shallow water. Equipment is used for resistance and toning muscle.
- Full Body Circuit Training: An exercise class focused on strength exercises at a desired intensity that will utilize bodyweight, weights and resistance bands.
- Muscle Gaining Functional Training: train and build muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements done while at home, work or in sports.
- Feel Good Flexibility: Warmup, followed by gentle stretches that improve range of motion throughout the body, you will feel more relaxed & centered when you are done with this class
- Functional Fitness: An exercise class focused on stretching and muscular endurance and will utilize bodyweight exercises, weights and resistance bands.
- Interval Core Tone: A fast-paced all-body interval style class using weights, bands, balance and body weight exercises; as well as; short cardio intervals.
- Pilates for Skiers & Riders: An all levels Pilates class focusing on building core strength and stability using detailed cueing of exercises to promote proper alignment and understanding of the Pilates method.
- Pilates Stretch: Classic athletic stretches inspired by dynamic Pilates exercises moving with the breath.
- Stretch and Strengthen: bodyweight & light resistance infused with stretches to give you the ultimate resistance training / stretching combination.
- Power 30 Energy Boost: power down and focus on improving muscular strength with the use of body weight, free weights and resistance bands. Providing fresh oxygen and blood flow to the body for that midday boost of energy we all need!
- Vinyasa Yoga: A nice flow with lots of movement and some balancing poses.
- Core Strength Stability: Building a strong and stable core to help prevent injury and help support the spine.
- Lunchtime Mood Lifting Yoga: hit the mat at lunch time for some quick mood boosting movement and relaxation to recharge for the rest of your day.
- Summer Prep Boot Camp: get ready for summer with a mild intensity exercise class utilizing body weight and free weights to improve overall strength and cardiovascular health.
