Ensure correct occupancy for accurate pricing. Dinner reservations required. A 22% service charge is included for the dinner at Flannel.
Guarantee Policy
An advance deposit equal to one night's stay (including taxes and fees) is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. $35 of total charged per room is non-refundable at time of booking. 14 Days prior to arrival the reservation is fully prepaid and is non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable.
Cancel Policy
Cancel 14 days prior day of arrival local time to avoid forfeiture of initial deposit. Non-cancellable within 14 days.
