Pinnacle Ballroom + Pinnacle Foyer

Our largest indoor space, the Ballroom is spacious and private – set apart from the other banquet rooms.
2,200 square feet (2,950 square feet with Pinnacle Foyer pre-function area) / seats 140 banquet-style, 295 for a reception

Summit Meeting Rooms

These side-by-side banquet rooms can be used individually for smaller affairs, or together for a larger parties.
1,296 square feet (or two rooms of 648 square feet each) / seats 80 banquet-style, 125 for a reception (when used collectively)

Notch Room

An intimate space with cozy seating, bar, fireplace and flat-screen TV.
400 square feet / suitable for a reception of 40 people

Mountain View Pavilion Tent

A grand and picturesque tent for larger gatherings and those who want an outside reception experience. Outdoor patio area offers exceptional mountain views.
Seats 250 banquet-style, 420 for a reception / Has its own parking lot and modern restroom facilities

Meadowlark Lawn and Pavilion

Private outdoor venue just steps away from the hotel lobby.  An expansive lawn anchored by an 300 square foot open air pavilion, and surrounded by trees, flowers, and thoughtful landscape details.

Mansfield Overlook

Manicured outdoor venue with majestic mountain views, offering an idyllic location for garden parties or scenic ceremonies.
