Spa Hours of Operation
The pools are open from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The Fitness Center is open from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Spa Desk is open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. for scheduling appointments. The Spa Source Boutique is open from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. For more information and to schedule appointments call 802.253.6463.
Daily Facility Fee Use of the cardio and weight rooms is complimentary for all resort guests. Use of the private men's and ladies spas is included with a treatment. For non resort guests spa access is $50 a day per person. Please check in at the Spa desk for access.
For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to services (excludes physician services). Additional gratuity is at your discretion.
Day Spa packages are available Sunday through Friday and some select Saturdays, which include use of the Spa facilities for the day and a gourmet luncheon (price includes tax and gratuities).
Age Requirement We welcome guests who are 16 years of age and older in the Spa and private lounges. All ages are welcome in the Salon. The large family outdoor pool and the indoor pool is available for all ages. The adult outdoor pool and adult hot tub age requirement is 18. Access to the outdoor pools are via Norma's entryway. Please note: Select pools are closed from 11:00 am to 12:00pm for pool classes (indoor hot tub waterfall is turned off during pool classes). Our pools are family friendly and tend to be quieter from 8 am to 11 am.

Spa Reservations
We recommend that you schedule your spa appointments at least three weeks prior to your arrival so that we can meet your scheduling requests. Reservations are subject to availability and must be secured with a major credit card or a resort confirmation number and a telephone number.
Cancellation Policy We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. Fifty percent of the value of your service will be charged for cancellation with less than 24 hours notice. Failure to cancel will result in a charge equal to the full value of the service. All treatments, services and consultations are subject to change and availability.

Spa cuisine menu items are available in Norma's restaurant. Our spa cuisine is light, healthy and delicious.
