ROLFING

Advanced Bodywork

Rolfing Structural Integration helps to release long held body patterns. With hands-on work, Rolfing
improves posture, reduces pain, and increases flexibility and energy. This whole-body approach results
in long-lasting, often permanent change, typically accomplished in a ten-session basic series. Each
session builds upon the previous sessions, creating a cumulative effect with transformative potential.  Rolfers treat the body gently, with integrity and as a whole, striving toward a level of touch that is optimal
for each client. While Rolfers work with special body tissues, we understand that even subtle change
in the body can lead to great changes in the mind, heart, and overall sense of well being.
