Topnotch Policies
Check-in time - 3:30pm
Check-out time - 11:00am
Family Plan - Children 12 and under stay free in same room with an accompanied adult.
Extra person charge - $45
Smoking Policy - Our accommodations are 100% non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only and is NOT permitted in any resort homes.
Reservations - All reservations require a credit card deposit of two night's room and tax at time of booking (one-night bookings require payment at time of booking).
Cancellation policy - Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit. Please note that holiday deposit and cancellation policies may vary.
Early departure fee - Departures prior to original scheduled check out date are subject to full payment of original reservation value.
Late checkout - Subject to additional night charge and based on availability.
Pet Policy - We ask that you not leave your dog unattended in a room. If a dog's barking disturbs other guests, a dog sitter will be brought in at a charge of $40 or more. Pets are welcome in designated areas of the hotel and deluxe rooms on the first floor only. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds, and excess cleaning and damage will be billed accordingly. Dogs are also not permitted in any resort homes. If an unauthorized dog is discovered in a room, guests will be asked to leave the property, and will need to pay full cleaning charges for their accommodation. Cats are not allowed at Topnotch.
