Resort Homes
Topnotch Resort & Spa offers awe-inspiring tranquility and breathtaking panoramic views of Mount Mansfield from most of our resort homes, all located within walking distance from the hotel. Owners and guests have access to all the amenities of our four star resort while enjoying the privacy and comfort of their own vacation home in beautiful Stowe, Vermont. Pets and smoking are not permitted in any of our resort homes.

Home of Topnotch’s acclaimed Tennis Academy, our Tennis Center combines expert instruction from top teaching professionals with a unique Play to Win philosophy to bring more fun and skill to your game. Four indoor courts and six outdoor courts allow play in a spectacular setting.
The Spa at Topnotch
A sanctuary for body and soul, our internationally acclaimed Spa features over 120 treatments, full Salon services, private ladies and gentlemen’s lounges, whirlpools, saunas, steam rooms and a full fitness center with fitness classes. Access to the cardio and weight rooms is complimentary for all resort guests over the age of 16. The private lounges are available to use if you are scheduled the same day for spa treatment(s).
The Spa Source and Boutique
The Spa Source and Boutique provides a wonderful array of pampering products, candles, makeup and more, including many of the preparations used in our treatments. You’ll also discover yoga apparel, swimwear, and unique spa gifts. Hours are from 9am to 7pm daily.

We offer three impressive swimming venues: a large indoor family pool, available year round, which includes a separate lane for lap swimmers; a spacious outdoor family pool, also equipped with a lap lane; and an outdoor adult pool for ages 18 and over, featuring a Jacuzzi that is perfect for après-ski and post-tennis workouts.

Guest Rooms
All 68 graciously appointed guest rooms and suites blend rusticity and luxury to offer a relaxed ambiance in which to begin and end a perfect day. Resort rooms include wireless Internet, 24-hour room service, plush robes and upscale amenities and are steps from our spa, restaurant, lounge, pools and activity and sports centers.
Ballrooms
A formal gathering of 20 in a cozy fireplace room. A large gathering of 200 friends and family in our beautiful outdoor tent. We have flexible venues to meet the needs of your wedding party, as well as the ultimate setting, overlooking the quiet beauty of the Green Mountains.
Buttertub Bistro
The Buttertub Bar serves a full spread of cocktails and local brews as well as casual fare in a cozy atmosphere. Open weekends (seasonally) and holidays from 3pm to close, The Buttertub is the place to kick back and enjoy the pleasures of a rustic bar that features a fireplace and big screen TV.
Gift Shop
For unique Vermont gift items, signature Topnotch logo-wear, snacks, books, accessories or forgotten essentials, the Gift Shop at Topnotch is the source. Located near the front lobby, adjacent to the Concierge desk, the Gift Shop is open daily from 9am - 5pm (later most weekends) or upon request.

Maxwell's
Providing private dining and beautiful views of the surrounding green mountains, Maxwell’s amply accommodates special event and group in 1500square feet. Offers 1500square feet of banquet space providing private dining and beautiful views of the surrounding green mountains. Offers floor to ceiling glass windows on two of its walls and a private flagstone patio with a garden. Located next to the lobby and front entrance for easy access. Rustic/country style decor. One of our more unique spaces perfect for groups, board functions and small weddings.
Tennis Pro Shop
The Topnotch Tennis Pro Shop features apparel, equipment and tennis accessories for men, women, and children. Racquet repairs and rentals are also available. A knowledgeable staff is ready to assist with an individual selection of styles and equipment and a large array of the latest demo racquets is always in stock.

Sleigh and Carriage Rides – Gentle Giants
Take in the quiet beauty of Vermont in a sleigh or carriage (seasonally-based) hitched to a team of light draft horses. Tours travel over a covered bridge and through Topnotch Meadows with beautiful scenic views of the mountains. Hours vary by season, weather permitting. Reservations are highly recommended.
Nordic Barn & Equestrian Center
The Nordic Barn, located directly across from the resort entrance, is the hub for Vermont outdoor adventures in every season. You’ll find everything from roller-blades to bikes to hiking maps and gear in summer as well as top of the line downhill and cross-country skiing and snow shoeing equipment and attire for winter. Open from 8am to 6pm. Hours may vary by season.

Mountain View Pavillion
A beautiful outdoor tent for larger receptions and those who want more of an outside experience. Located near carriage rides and a stream. Has own parking lot. Seats 200 banquet-style, and 400 for a reception.
Stowe Recreation Path
Running alongside the edge of Topnotch’s 120 acres is access to the 5.5 mile paved recreation path that winds through the Green Mountains along the West Branch River ending in the town of Stowe. A recreational gem in both summer and winter, the path passes through fields and farms, over 10 footbridges, and provides a paved surface perfect for walking, jogging, cycling, in-line skating or snowshoeing.
CloseNorma’s Restaurant
A bustling bistro with open kitchen, Norma’s delivers relaxed dining with magnificent views of facing Mount Mansfield, Vermont’s highest peak. Adjacent, our terrace tables and firepit are perfect for al fresco dining and drinks. Hours of operation are: Breakfast 7am to 11am, Lunch 11am to 5:30pm and Dinner 5:30-9:30pm. Dinner reservations are recommended.
